Continuing to be leaders among the competition, this series is widely used for diverse cutting applications from small power to high laser power. It is hardness and efficiency becomes priority for industries of steel, metallurgy, industrial manufacturing, shipbuilding, aerospace, railway, automobile and Other large-scale engineering construction.
The laser cutting platform is welded as a whole, and 93% stress is removed after 600 ℃ high temperature heat treatment, which ensures the long-term stability of the laser cutting platform.
The platform is sandblasted and sprayed with environmental protection paint.
The weight of cross-beam is only 160kg,This is our latest X-cross skeleton, which has better stability, supports high-speed operation of the machine tool and enough acceleration.
HIGH PERFORMANCE LASER SOURCE
The high-power multimode continuous fiber laser series product is completely researched, developed and produced by Raycus itself. The R&D and production team of the company has great innovation capacity, so as to make this series meet customers’ demands to the greatest extent. Output optical system of the product applies reinforced armored output fiber, with output connector of QBH, better facilitating customers’ configuration. This series product, with dynamic work range of 10% - 100% of the rated output power, electro-optical conversion efficiency higher than 25% and the modulation working frequency up to 20kHz, can meet the demands of most application scenarios, with multiple control modes. Its good compatibility has been widely recognized by the market. The product has been well sold at home and abroad.

FSCUT2000S medium power laser cutting system is a full-solution open-loop control system specially designed for sheet metal fabricaton industry, with features of easy to install and adjust, excellent performance and fully integrated solutions, it is the upgrade version from FSCUT2000C.
CypCut sheet cutting software is an in-depth design for fiber laser cutting industry. It simplifies complex CNC machine operation and integrates CAD, Nest and CAM modules in one. From drawing, nesting to workpiece cutting all can be finished by a few clicks.
